Lactation Consultation

During an initial consultation, we work together for approximately 1.5 hours. This visit includes a preliminary discussion to fully understand your birth story and history. Following this, the visit includes maternal and infant exams as well a feeding assessment. All consultations will include the formulation of a plan of care that takes into account your needs, time constraints and other specific challenges. 

Prenatal Breastfeeding Course​

During this 1.5 hour discussion, I work with individuals, partners, and/or a group of up to 4 to cover the basics of breastfeeding and help formulate a plan for the hospital and home. This discussion covers the anatomy and physiology of breastfeeding, benefits of breastfeeding, and a review of positioning and latch techniques, all tailored to your individual home environments to help you prepare for the arrival of your little one(s).
